Our Story
Founded in 2000, the Kitchen Magician has been providing top-quality remodeling services to homeowners throughout the Fraser Valley. We specialize in kitchen/bathroom cabinet refacing and provide expertise in other aspects of your remodel. We aim to accomplish your wish list so we offer tiling, lighting, countertops, and more in our refacing package. Our family takes pride in transforming outdated spaces into beautiful and functional areas that meet the needs of you and your family.
Our Process
At the Kitchen Magician, we believe that communication is key to a successful kitchen remodel. That's why we start every project with a in-home consultation to discuss your goals, budget, and timeline. From there, we'll create a detailed plan and keep you informed every step of the way.
What is Cabinet Refacing?
Cabinet refacing is a budget friendly option for customers with cabinet boxes that are in satisfactory shape. Your old doors and drawer fronts will be replaced with new doors and fronts. The vertical (stile), horizontal (rail), and exposed sides of your cabinet boxes will be REFACED in the matching colour and material of your new doors. The result is a cohesive and brand new looking exterior for a fraction of the price / time as compared to the standard gut-out.
Those savings allow our customers to pursue further renovations; our customers add functionality through the addition of new/more drawers, cabinets, pantry modifications, islands, etc. Your money goes further allowing you to purchase new tile, counters, lighting, and more.

Justin "Bossman" is your first handshake with the Kitchen Magician. He grew up in Abbotsford; a farm boy living in Sumas. He made the transition to construction and carpentry before finding his niche in refacing. Justin handles all consultations and customer relations. You'll also see him on the jobsite asking Jordon what needs doing. He has kept the Kitchen Magician focused on one job at a time ensuring we deliver the highest quality. The majority of our work stems from referrals and that is a point of pride for Justin.

Owner & Manager:
Carola "The Boss" is the behind the scenes magician. She handles the nitty gritty that keeps the wheels turning. You may occasionally see her in the field assisting work on the jobsite but the reality is she has more than enough office work to keep her busy. Stress levels at the Kitchen Magician would be much higher without her hard work and dedication.

Jordon "Senior" started with the Kitchen Magician in 2010. A part-time employee through high school and university. He transitioned to the face you'll see each day and is an integral element of our workflow and sanity. Jordon continues to develop his skills allowing us to expand our services and continue offering our best work. He is also a talented multitasker who can chat with customers and complete his work without getting distracted - often needs reminding to take lunch.
